At Casae, we aim to maintain clarity and ensure a smooth delivery experience for every customer. Below are the details of our shipping process:

Shipping Charges

  • We offer shipping across India on all orders above ₹500.
  • A flat delivery charge of ₹49 will be added at checkout for orders below ₹500.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Most orders are delivered within 12–15 days, as some of our products are sourced from international suppliers.
  • Apparel and clothing items are usually delivered within 10–12 days from the order date.

Dispatch Schedule

  • Orders are generally processed and shipped on weekdays.
  • Weekend processing (Saturday and Sunday) is also available.
  • We partner with trusted courier companies to ensure reliable delivery.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

  • Each order can be delivered to only one address.
  • If you need items sent to different locations, please contact us in advance via phone or message.

Delivery Issues

  • If the package appears damaged, tampered with, or in poor condition, do not accept the delivery.
  • Immediately contact our support team with your order details so we can arrange a replacement at the earliest.

Invoices

  • All shipments, including gift items, will include an invoice showing the product value, in compliance with Indian tax laws.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is not available for orders above ₹5000.
  • For such orders, payment must be completed online using UPI, Net Banking, Credit Card, or Debit Card.
